We will even pay for your call and conference to any phone number within the US if you need to speak with the non-English speaker by telephone. No credit card information will be required! Simply call 800-873-9865 and let the operator know that you are calling for a free trial. (M-F 8am-4pm (PST) excluding holidays) Free trials are valid for Spanish interpreters only and are conducted during regular business hours. The free interpreter offer is designed to provide you with the experience of connecting to a telephone interpterer. We want you to see how easy it is to connect to an interpreter and why this is such a valuable service. When you call requesting your free trial, the operator will request your name and E-Mail address. That's it! No payment information is required to connect to the interpreter. The operator will need to know if the Spanish speaker is present with you or if we need to conference the call to another US phone number. We do not conference with non-US phone numbers, or Puerto Rico & Guam when utilizing this free trial. Once you are connected, you will have up to 2 minutes to become familiar with how interpretation over the telephone can help you communicate effectively with anyone. At the end of two minutes, the operator will interrupt and ask if you wish to continue the call. There is no requirement to continue and no credit card information will be requested if you choose to disconnect. If you choose to continue the call, your conversation will be interrupted only long enough to obtain your payment information. You will not be charged for the initial 2 minutes or for the time taken to process your payment. Once payment has gone through, the call is reconnected.
