"Interpreters On-Demand Service Plan"
Interpreters are available on this plan M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm (PST) excluding holidays. No contracts, no set-up fees, and no minimum usage requirements. If you need 24/7 access & monthly billing invoices you will need to become an account holder.

How do I access an "On-Demand" interpreter without being an account holder?

Call: 800-873-9865 (M-F 8am-4pm (PST) excluding holidays)
Ask the operator for an interpreter by phone.
The operator will ask you for your credit card payment information and which language you need.
The credit card will be authorized for 10 minutes of usage at $.95 per minute for Spanish or $2.85 for any other language.
Your interpreter will be conferenced.
A second US number can be conferenced at no additional charge.
When the call is over, your credit card will be charged for the total number of minutes used.
Charges do not begin until the interpreter is on the line.
Once the interpreter is on the line the minimum charge is 10 minutes.
There are no refunds for any reason including non-answer by a 3rd party conference.

If credit card payment is denied for any reason, a recording of the transaction approval will be forwarded along with any information collected to our Credit Card Fraudulent department. Collection fees for the initial services will be legally pursued including an additional 10% of the service charge and up to $1,000 for legal services You will be required to agree to this policy prior to connection.
